Its not long now – under a month – before we attend the next exhibition in our astronomy event calendar.
This time it is the Practical Astronomy Show (PAS) that is held at the Kettering Conference Centre near (by the name you will have guessed already)….Kettering! The event takes place on Saturday 21st March, but exhibitors turn up the day before to set up and organise their booths.
It opens to the public at 9am and closes at 5pm. The exhibition is totally free to attend and the talks are too (tickets for the talks will be available at the show strictly on a one-per-person basis).
There will be a large number of exhibitors (traders) all showing off their latest astro- goodies and gadgets. We/David Hinds Ltd will be there on the first floor by the all-important coffee stall(!) with a selection of Baader Planetarium accessories alongside products and accessories from Celestron and 10Micron too.
If last year is anything to go by, the event will be very well attended – see the photos below. For more information see the PAS website: https://practicalastroshow.com/
If you are going we look forward to seeing you there!
