Making its comeback after another successful one-day event last year (its first run after the break due to COVID), the Practical Astronomy Show will take place on Saturday March 11th between 9am to 5pm at the Kettering Conference and Exhibition Centre near Kettering in Northamptonshire UK.
The event brings together a good selection of leading astronomy retailers, organisations and educational institutions together all one large level with a wide selection of astronomy products available for purchase. The show is free to attend, and there will be free talks on a first come first served basis about the practical astronomy. The event is aimed at all levels of experience and makes sure there will be something of interest for attendees atht show.
Baader Planetarium’s UK representative will be present at the event and will have a selection of Baader accessories for demonstration. A 10Micron GM2000 HPS GoTo mount which is capable of high precision slewing and tracking and is capable of carrying 50kg of telescope payload and will also be on show.
